Torchlite Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”, “Torchlite”, “we” or “us”) operates the website (the “Site”) and provides access to the Site to individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, businesses and corporations (“user” or “User” and/or “you”) subject to this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy governs the following: (i) how the Company uses and shares personally identifiable information and all other information collected from you through the Site (the “User Data”); (ii) those choices available to you regarding the use of your User Data by the Company; (iii) the security procedures in place to protect the use of your User Data; and (iv) how you can correct any inaccuracies in your User Data.

In order to use this Site, each user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as your name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services identified on our Site about which you have expressed interest. Marketing Service Subscription

In order to secure Torchlite’s services, you must provide certain User Data (e.g. your name, e-mail address, credit card number, expiration date, and other payment information). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your marketing directions. If we have trouble processing an order, then we will use your User Data to contact you.


We use “cookies” on this Site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a Site user’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our Site and identify repeat visitors to our Site. If you are a customer of Torchlite, we use third-party marketing experts to fulfill your marketing campaigns, and a credit card processing company to bill users for these services. These individuals and companies do not retain, share, store or use User Data for any purposes other than performing marketing services or billing services, as the case may be. When the user signs up for marketing services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third-party marketing experts to provide services to such user.

Your User Data may be transferred in the event that (a) Torchlite is sold to or merges with another party; or (b) any other transaction in which your User Data is one of the business assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer or successor may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. 


This Site may contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of any other website that collects personally identifiable information.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our Site gathers information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose information pursuant thereto. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and email address), and demographic information (such as zip code and age). Contact information provided for the purposes of entering into any contest will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this Site.

Children’s Privacy

The Site and the services and products we offer and sell are intended for businesses. Therefore, it is unlikely that children will use the Site or purchase the services or products we offer. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children that we know to be under the age of 17.
